Job description for Senior Finance Manager at PT Qualita Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process
- Analyze the company's financial performance, including revenue, profitability, cost, cash flow, working capital, and financial efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide early warning and mitigation plans for significant financial risks, cash flow issues, cost overruns, and declining profitability.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Provide strategic recommendations and action plans based on financial data and business performance.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial institutions
- Support budgeting and cost-efficiency initiatives across departments
- Lead, develop, and evaluate the Finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and audit processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a finance team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Able to present complex financial information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to Management & BOD.
- Proficient in financial systems/ERP and advanced Excel
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet, CA, CPA) is a plus
