SENIOR FINANCE & TAX EXECUTIVE
Multi-Company Accounting & Tax Experience Preferred
A growing business support and corporate services group in Tangerang is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and hands-on Senior Finance & Tax Executive to join our team.
We are looking for a committed individual with experience in handling accounting and tax matters for multiple companies in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full-set accounting for multiple companies/entities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Handle bookkeeping, journal entries, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and coordinate monthly tax filings (PPh & PPN)
- Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and related parties
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting schedules
- Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance matters
- Supervise and guide accounting interns/support staff
- Support management with financial and operational reporting
- Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience
- MUST have experience handling multiple company accounts
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation
- Familiar with Coretax, e-Faktur, and tax reporting systems
- Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software
- Organized, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Committed, hardworking, and willing to work overtime when required
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- Experience in accounting firms, tax firms, or corporate service companies is an advantage
