Job description for Senior Finance Account Receivable at Multilateral Global Cahaya
Job description:
- Monitor accounts and and communicate with the clients for the overdue payment and payment schedule
- Handle audit processes and audit documentation
- Resolve & Maintain the billing issues on daily basis
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions, including vendor statements and account balances.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Assisting operations team to create quotation and deliverables
- And the other tasks given by the Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager and the Management
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in accounts receivablem minimum 5 years
- Strong english skill is a must
- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and tax
- Having experience in auditing
- Strong understanding of audit procedures and financial compliance
- Understand ESPT, E-Faktur, E-bukpot Unifikasi
- Strong mathematical & excel skills
- Superb time management skills and detail orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information
- Strong team management, leadership, problem-solving, and risk management skills
