Job description for Senior FAT Supervisor at Pt. Jaya Agung Teknologi
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Lead and manage the tax function, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and handling tax audits and assessments.
- Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement internal control systems to safeguard the company's financial assets.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Optimize tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining full compliance.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making and strategy formulation.
- Ensure proper cash flow management, including accounts payable, receivables, and payroll processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with at least 2 years in a senior/executive position.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, tax planning, and audits.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
