Senior Merchandiser / Team Lead – Join Our Growing Team in Bali!
Are you experienced in merchandising, client handling, and team leadership? Our custom swimwear and activewear manufacturing company in Kerobokan, Bali, is looking for a confident, organized, and proactive Senior Merchandiser / Team Lead to join our growing team.
This is a senior-level role suited for someone who can confidently manage key clients while also leading and supporting a merchandising team from development through to delivery. You will play an important role in maintaining smooth communication between clients, production, sampling, and internal departments to ensure projects stay on track and clients receive the highest level of service.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience within the swimwear, fashion, or garment industry is highly preferred.
In this role, you will:
• Handle and maintain relationships with key and international clients
• Oversee the merchandising process from sampling to production delivery
• Lead, supervise, and support the merchandising team in daily operations
• Coordinate timelines, production updates, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure clear and professional communication across all departments
• Assist in problem-solving, escalations, and team coordination
The ideal candidate is:
• Experienced in merchandising or account handling
• Strong in leadership and team management
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Confident communicating in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Professional, proactive, and solution-focused
