Location : Head Office, Kalideres, West Jakarta
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - Mandatory
2. 10-12 years of total experience in Finance/Accounting, with 5 years as Manager in F&B Manufacturing / Retail Chain / Big 4 Public Accounting Firm
3. Proven leadership managing a team of 10-15 staff in Inventory, Costing, AP/AR
4. Must be expert in : COGS Analysis, BOM & Recipe Costing, Inventory Control, Standard Costing, Variance Analysis for F&B
5. Advanced Excel skills : HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query + Hands-on ERP experience: SAP, Accurate, Jurnal, or equivalent
6. Detail-oriented, assertive, strong leadership with ability to meet tight deadlines
7. Willing to travel to factory & central warehouse 2-3x/week for stock audits. Not an office-only role
8. Resilient & high stamina - F&B is a 365-day business. 5 working days, day off on a rolling schedule
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Lead end-to-end Inventory Control for 800+ outlets, 3 central warehouses, and 2 factories
2. Own & control operational budget and CAPEX across all business channels
3. Conduct weekly COGS analysis per SKU and provide early alerts to Management on cost overruns
4. Develop real-time dashboard for stock visibility : Outlet vs. Warehouse vs. Production
5. Own all Master Data : Products, Selling Price, BOM, Recipe, Yield. 1% error impacts millions
6. Drive monthly raw material purchasing budget based on sales forecast & seasonality
7. Lead monthly Waste Analysis and drive action plans with Operations Team
8. Partner with R&D & Purchasing for New Product Development costing from recipe to final HPP
9. Ensure monthly closing on-time at H+1 with zero compromise on accuracy
