Job description for Senior Education Sales at PT Uper Education Technology
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up and convert leads from WhatsApp, website, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
2. Communicate with prospective students and guide them to enroll in HSK courses, CSCA programs, and study abroad services
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
4. Handle inquiries, objections, and perform consistent follow-ups to close deals
5. Manage and track leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-up
6. Maintain records of conversion performance and provide insights for improvement
7. Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and conversion strategies
Requirements:
1. Strong sales mindset with a results-oriented approach
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
3. Experience in education sales, course sales, study abroad consulting, or online sales is a plus
4. Experience handling social media leads (Instagram / TikTok / WhatsApp) is preferred
5. Familiar with Google Sheets and Google Forms for data input, lead tracking, and reporting
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (required)
- Able to communicate in basic English for daily communication (non-teaching purpose)
- KPIs
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Number of enrollments (HSK / CSCA)
- Follow-up efficiency and response time
