Job description for Senior E-commerce Specialist – KAHI Skincare Indonesia at PT Paron Artika Asia
KAHI is a Korean skincare brand sold across Indonesia's leading marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada and Blibli) and in Sephora stores. We're looking for a Senior E-commerce Specialist to own our marketplace performance end to end and lead our e-commerce execution.
What you'll do
•Own daily performance on Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli and the KAHI Indonesia website
•Manage Shopee and TikTok Shop ads, owning ROAS and budget pacing
•Build pricing and bundling plans that protect margin and keep prices consistent across channels
•Register and run platform campaigns, focused on mega-sale and priority dates
•Grow affiliate and live shopping revenue with our content and live hosting team
•Supervise and coach a Junior E-commerce Executive
•Keep store health strong: chat response, store rating and stock coordination with Logistics
•Deliver weekly performance analysis with clear commentary on what's driving results
What we're looking for
•3+ years operating brand accounts on Shopee and TikTok Shop; experience with Tokopedia, Lazada or Blibli is a plus
•Strong command of seller centers, ads dashboards and Google Sheets (pivots and lookups)
•D3/S1 in any discipline, or equivalent practical experience
•Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working English
•Available for live sessions and peak campaigns such as Harbolnas and double-date sales
•A plus: beauty or skincare experience, team supervision, OMS familiarity, margin modeling
