Position : Senior E-Commerce Manager
Key Responsibilities :
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement the hotel's e-commerce strategy to maximize online revenue and market share.
- Drive direct bookings through the hotel website and digital channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and online distribution performance to identify revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory distribution.
2. Online Distribution Management
- Manage relationships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), wholesalers, GDS, and other distribution partners.
- Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content consistency across all distribution channels.
- Monitor OTA performance and negotiate commercial agreements to maximize ROI.
3. Website Management
- Oversee hotel website performance, user experience, and booking engine optimization.
- Coordinate website updates, content management, and SEO initiatives.
- Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
4. Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display advertising, email marketing, and social media promotions.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to develop promotional content and campaigns.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze website traffic, booking trends, conversion rates, and channel performance.
- Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights.
- Utilize analytics tools to drive data-based decision making.
6. Content & Brand Management
- Ensure all online content, images, descriptions, and promotional materials reflect the hotel's brand standards.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content creators to enhance the hotel's digital presence.
7. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the e-commerce team.
- Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.
- Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations teams.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience managing OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, Tiket.com, and other distribution channels.
- Strong knowledge of hotel booking engines, channel managers, CRS, and PMS systems.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
