We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced **Senior Digital Strategist** to develop integrated digital strategies, lead content planning, and drive measurable business results across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and business goals.
* Lead the development of content strategies, content pillars, editorial calendars, and campaign communication plans.
* Translate business and marketing objectives into clear digital campaign roadmaps.
* Conduct market, audience, competitor, and digital trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with creative, content, performance marketing, SEO, account management, and development teams.
* Provide strategic direction for social media, websites, digital campaigns, and other online platforms.
* Develop campaign briefs and ensure all digital activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
* Understand and recommend suitable paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
* Review campaign performance, identify key insights, and provide recommendations for optimization.
* Develop SEO strategies covering keyword planning, content optimization, on-page SEO, and organic traffic growth.
* Present strategies, campaign proposals, and performance recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Manage multiple projects and clients while maintaining quality, timelines, and strategic consistency.
* Stay updated with digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, platform developments, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, content strategy, or a related role.
* Previous experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency is highly preferred.
* Strong expertise in content planning, content strategy, campaign planning, and digital communication.
* Good understanding of paid advertising strategies, including campaign objectives, audience targeting, media funnels, and performance metrics.
* Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and organic search strategy.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to develop clear strategic documents, campaign proposals, and client presentations.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Experience using analytics and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience handling regional, multinational, or well-established brands.
* Experience leading integrated campaigns across content, social media, paid media, SEO, and website channels.
* Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, and digital performance measurement.
* Experience mentoring junior strategists or coordinating cross-functional teams.
