Job description for Senior Digital Marketing at LEGE Coffee & Toastie
Job Description:
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM) to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end E-Commerce operations (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop) and online delivery platforms to achieve sales targets.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies for retail products and brand merchandise (coffee beans, apparel, lifestyle items) including product launches, bundling, and campaign execution.
- Manage digital ad performance (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) by tracking ROI, CPA, and ROAS.
- Oversee content creation, KOL/Influencer partnerships, and campaign performance analytics.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong preference/background in the Coffee Industry / F&B Retail.
- Female candidate is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) and driving product merchandise sales.
- Deep passion for and knowledge of coffee culture, F&B lifestyle, and digital trends.
- Hands-on expertise with paid media (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and data analytics (Seller Center, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of visual design, content creation, and digital campaign planning.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
