Job description for Senior Digital Analyst at PT DUA DARA MEDIA (CLICKBAIT)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting templates for internal teams and clients
- Conduct in-depth analysis on audience behavior, conversion funnels, and ROI/ROAS
- Partner with creative, media buying, and account teams to optimize campaign strategy based on data
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations in client-facing reports and presentations
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for performance improvement
- Mentor junior analysts and support the development of analytics best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing platforms
- Solid understanding of SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced level); experience with visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into simple narratives for stakeholders
- Experience working in a creative or digital agency environment is highly preferred
