Job description for Senior Developer at SwiftX Solutions Pte Ltd
We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain robust web applications across the full stack, taking ownership of technical quality from architecture through to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and React/Next.js.
Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems.
Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, maintainability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the development team.
Continuously improve development practices, tooling, and application architecture.
Requirements:
Extensive professional experience as a software developer, ideally in a senior capacity.
Strong proficiency in C# and ASP.NET for backend development.
Solid experience building modern frontend applications with React and Next.js.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues.
Experience conducting design and code reviews.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
