Job description for Senior Designer at PT Kingsmen Indonesia
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in architecture or museum/exhibition design, interior design or related fields.
Proficiency in auto cad, sketch up, revit architecture, corel draws, enscapes, 3ds max
High level knowledge in 3d rendering
Minimum 3 years or above of relevant experience
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication & presentation skill
Good command of spoken and written english
Good time management and ability to meet deadline
A varied skill set including space planning, conceptualization
Responsibilities
Conceptual functional designs based on given briefs and ensure that it is in line with clients objectives.
Develop and execute ideas from the conceptual to production stage.
Transform creative ideas into functional design concept.
Provide space planning and design conceptualization.
Prepare layout plans, perspective drawings, elevations plan and dimensional drawing
Present design to client for approval
Prepare design documentation and material selections
Responsible for timely delivery of service and solutions with professionalism and quality at all times
Work closely with project team, suppliers, sub contractors clients during construction /implementation phase.
Able to handle stress, busy schedules and meet all given deadline
