Deskripsi pekerjaan

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

Mengelola workload dan progres desain agar proyek selesai tepat waktu.
Mengembangkan konsep desain bersama Direktur Desain dan tim terkait.
Memastikan standar desain, material, dan anggaran proyek terpenuhi.
Membina, mengarahkan, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim desain.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales, proyek, purchasing, dan vendor.
Menyusun schematic design, proposal, serta memeriksa gambar konstruksi dan shop drawing.
Melaporkan progres proyek, kendala, dan solusi secara berkala.

Kualifikasi :

- Minimal S1 Jurusan Interior/ Arsitektur

- Minimum GPA 3.00

- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman bekerja di Konsultan Interior/ Desain & Build Commercial

- Memiliki pengalaman mengerjakan/ menangani proyek Commercial khususnya corporate office/ F&B dengan minimal 3 tahun

- Memiliki pengetahuan di Bidang Interior, baik dari segi kreatifitas Desain, Detail maupun material yang diaplikasikan sesuai Desain

- Memiliki kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan Ms. Office (Power Point, Excel, Word), CAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop/ CorelDraw/ Ilustrator (kemampuan freehand drawing adalah nilai PLUS)

- Memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat/ menyampaikan Concept & Schematic Desain, sama halnya dengan DD dan Dokumen Tender

- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi & berbahasa dengan baik

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Inggris yang baik, secara lisan maupun tulisan

We grew from the business world of trading office furniture before expanding into the office interior business. With the same interest toward the interior world, we agreed to establish an interior design-build company under the name PT. SATYAMAS INDORAYA in 2010, separate
from the already existing trading company.

Starting out with a small team of about 15 people working in a 150 m² office space, we have now grown into a family-like team of around 100 employes in a 400 m² office in the city center. We also run a 1300 m² factory in the Jababeka industrial area, fulfilling customers’ needs of a quality interior space.

Inspired by the artistry of the best architecture designs, we introduced LIQUID in 2015—an identity that highly values artistic integrity in creating our spaces.
