Job description for Senior Customer Success Specialist at ICHIGO
- Maintain and grow the community in social media.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers.
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Continuously identify work process improvements.
- Communicate to Team Leaders and Manager.
- Manage relationships and contract agreement with external vendors.
- 3+ years of experience as customer experience or customer service (experience in e-commerce is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), fluent in Japanese is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Well organize, discipline, and high initiative.
- Experience in using CRM software like Zendesk
