Duty and Responsibility :
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a hygienic, attractive and appetizing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menu items and recipes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies, and communicate to appropriate personnel.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
- Assists in training and supervision of kitchen staff as needed.
- Adhere to proper portion control and minimize waste to maintain cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the work environment.
Specific Requirements :
- Minimum education is SMK Culinary Management.
- Preferably have experience in restaurant/catering.
- Honest, hardworking and responsible.
- Able to work in a team.
- Have initiative and quick response in work
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Having formal culinary certification is a plus point.
- Willing to work full time (10 hours per day (include break 1hr), 6 days per week
- Willing to be placed in Kebon Sirih - Central Jakarta.
