Job description for Senior Content Specialist at Arkline
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation or social media content, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail/e-commerce
- Strong experience planning content calendars and executing content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
- Excellent copywriting skills in Indonesian and English
- Good visual sense and storytelling ability, with a feel for fashion aesthetics and brand tone
- Proficient with content and design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere/Lightroom)
- Able to brief and coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, models, and KOLs/influencers
- Able to read content performance data (reach, engagement, conversion) and use insights to improve results
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in BSD
