Job description for Senior Content Creator at Cosmonauts Spacewear
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media, web, and marketing campaigns
- Create high-quality content in various formats (video, photo, reels, graphics, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end content production: concepting, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
- Track performance metrics and adjust content based on engagement and audience insights
- Ensure quick turnaround on deliverables while maintaining premium production quality
- Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content relevant and engaging
Requirements
Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in a senior role
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must!
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation skills (visual storytelling, video editing, etc.)
- Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Active and engaged Instagram presence is a strong plus
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A strong sense of aesthetics, visual style, and pop culture awareness
Bonus Points If You Have
- On-camera experience or hosting ability
- Photography or videography skills using both professional equipment and smartphones
- Understanding of analytics and how to use data to guide content decisions
- Previous experience in lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, or youth-driven brands
