Job description for Senior Content Creator at PT DUA DARA MEDIA (CLICKBAIT)
Job Description:
- Lead the ideation, scripting, and shoot planning for KOC/UGCC-style TikTok content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and campaign KPIs
- Independently record, edit, and produce high-quality short-form videos with minimal supervision
- Act as lead storyteller, setting the tone and authenticity standard for UGC content across brand accounts
- Own end-to-end content performance analysis, translate data insights into actionable content strategy, and optimize based on results
- Drive ideation of creative concepts by proactively identifying trends and mapping them to brand campaign objectives
- Continuously monitor TikTok algorithm shifts and emerging formats, and translate findings into content playbooks/guidelines for the team
- Mentor and provide creative direction to content creators staff, including reviewing scripts and giving feedback on delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Social Media, Creative, and Client Servicing teams to ensure content consistency with brand strategy
- Act as a key contributor in brainstorming sessions and pitch material for client-facing campaign proposals
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a TikTok/KOC/UGC Content Creator, with a proven portfolio of high-performing content
- Current/most recent work experience must be from a creative agency (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of UGC/KOC formats, storytelling structures, and platform-native content mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to translate trends and data into actionable creative strategy (not just execution)
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior creators/talents is a strong plus
- Highly creative and innovative in delivering brand messaging across varied campaign objectives
- Proactive, confident communicator, passionate about digital trends and platform culture
- Strong performance-driven mindset with solid data analysis, adaptability, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of content quality and output timelines
