Job description for Senior Client Executive (Digital) at Edelman Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Edelman Singapore is seeking an exceptional, confident Digital Senior Client Executive who is responsible for managing day-to-day account management and performance of junior team members as it relates to client service, consulting and quality control on multiple, sizable pieces of business to join our team. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Manager(s) with research, strategy, planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns – across social media, website, email marketing, analytics, paid media, SEO and SEM.
- Working closely with the paid media team on i.e., Social, Search, Programmatic, Native, campaign strategies, planning, optimization and reporting.
- Applying an understanding of creative platforms, analytics, social listening, web crawls, paid amplification, paid data and reporting.
- Leading day-to-day account servicing and management of 2-3 key client accounts independently and overall scope delivery, ensuring quality and operational performance, knowledge of budgeting and profitability, ensuring deadline adherence, reaction to industry trends and ensuring plans map back to the client objectives within budget.
- Assisting with new business pitches – supporting Manager(s) end-to-end from deck planning, execution, pitch strategy and budgeting to client presentation.
- Developing a basic, informed understanding of performance marketing, to provide paid medi oversight and client consultation, with the ability to react and optimise media spend according to the data.
- Demonstrating an understanding of integrated communications marketing and ability to manage integrated projects with focus on digitizing the transformation of projects through digital.
- Driving an audience-first and data-driven approach to managing creative output for digital platforms, in collaboration with the creative team.
- Upskilling junior executives and interns on digital skills.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and latest innovations.
What is required of you:
- At least two years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or related fields, including digital campaign management, integrated campaign management, digital consulting, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- Hands-on experience developing insights from social listening. Detailed understanding of social analytics across channels with the ability to synthesize data from many sources into actionable insights.
- Experience in growing and maintaining social communities and developing content on social platforms.
- Experience with basic paid media campaign planning, set up and optimisation
- Experience working within broader digital marketing ecosystem (including search, content, media buying, partnerships, demand generation, CRM, and/or B2B marketing) with aptitude to develop additional skills.
- Familiar with best-practice integrated digital marketing communications tactics and tools and the ability to appropriately recommend them to executive-level clients and lead the execution of all related projects in house.
- Demonstrates an understanding of clients’ businesses and their objectives, as well as their key stakeholders: consumers, employees, investors, regulators, sales, marketing, media, vendors, partners and other businesses/organizations, etc.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients for business development.
- Ability to manage a spectrum of small to large projects, teams, and multi-task on high-impact accounts, delegate and manage assignments and accurately evaluate juniors’ work.
- Ability to act as a daily client contact for multiple clients simultaneously and possesses a track record of detailed, responsible, client-related finance management, including comprehensive management of client budgets.
- Demonstrates passion and patience to impart knowledge to peers and juniors.
- Superior written and verbal communications skills.
