Job Summary:
As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and upgrading a web-based project management system. You will work closely with French clients and international teams, requiring strong English communication skills for daily discussions, technical meetings, and project coordination.
The role demands solid experience in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure along with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a hybrid work setup. You are expected to work independently, take ownership of technical tasks, and actively contribute to system improvements and modernization initiatives within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s web-based project management platform
- Build and maintain backend services using C#, .NET, and Web API
- Contribute to frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Design, manage, and optimize databases using SQL Server and T-SQL
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure cloud environment
- Support .NET framework upgrade initiatives (from .NET 4.8 to newer versions)
- Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and system performance
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Work autonomously and take full ownership of assigned technical tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the system and development practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Around 10 years of experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server development
- Strong hands-on experience with backend development and system maintenance
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, or similar)
- Experience with .NET framework upgrades or modernization is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- No French language requirement
- Experience working with international teams or clients is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable in a hybrid or remote setup
For this position, the client’s budget is between 20jt - 25jt/ month.
