Job description for Senior Business Operations Executive at Glints
About This Role

As the Senior Business Operations Executive, your mission is to build and implement systems, lead data analysis, drive process and operational improvements to deliver 2-3x efficiency gains in our tech-enabled recruitment solutions. This role will support the creation and management of a world-class operational excellence function, to deliver on Glints’ “Toyota for Talent” value promise.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be directly involved in shaping Vietnam sales team operations and alignment with the regional ops team. You will work directly with our General Manager and have a dotted-line report to our Regional Operations & Partnerships lead to support the creation of a world-class operational excellence function at Glints.
- Systems-Building
- Build, optimize, and drive adoption of systems and data dashboards for the Operations team
- Implement short-term work-arounds to solve immediate pain points, while simultaneously building and implementing long-term, sustainable solutions
- Drive 100% CRM adoption across the sales teams, such as Hubspot; collaborate with tech and product team to roll-out in-house applicant tracking software
- Build data visualization systems for pipeline management and conversion funnel metrics
- Build real-time data dashboards to monitor sales team performance and efficiency metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, fill-rates)
- Data Analysis for Operational Problem-solving:
- Synthesize business intelligence to provide critical business insights for the Operational Excellence function
- Partner with and support country leads to identify operational problems proactively and accurately diagnose root causes
- Define and execute systems and processes to solve these problems, creating scalable solutions when possible
- Process optimization and streamlining: Increase operational efficiency by 2x-3x through automating and streamlining manual processes, introducing enhanced SOPs, “Kaizen” methodologies, etc.

This Role May be a Good Fit For You If…
- You live and breathe operational efficiency, and have a history of driving efficiency improvements
- You excel at analyzing large quantities of data, accurately diagnosing root cause problems, and leading operational changes to drive business results (SQL, tableau, excel experience ideal)
- You have some experience in building systems, business process transformation, and optimizing processes; a history of “hacking together” systems for automating data collection and analysis, as well as building long-term sustainable systems architecture (e.g. integrated data model, CRMs, ERPs)
- You love data analysis and problem solving, but equally thrive on rolling up your sleeves into the nitty gritty of execution and driving end-to-end improvements
- You have the ability to work with a high degree of urgency without sacrificing attention to detail
- You thrive working cross-functionally and are comfortable managing various workstreams simultaneously
- You are a people person who has a high degree of empathy and a strong ability to influence key stakeholders
- You’re a strong communicator who can clearly articulate analytical findings
Who We Are Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in Operations/ BizOps, Data Analysis, Business Process or Digital Transformation, Management Consulting, or similar role
- Self-starter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong data analysis skills (adept in excel, SQL, tableau, etc.)
- Strong excel modeling and powerpoint skills
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience driving CRM or system roll-out
- Prior experience leading business process transformation initiatives
- Prior experience at the intersection of data and operations
