Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
* Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization.
* Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and business performance reporting.
* Ability to transform data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for management.
* Responsible for reporting directly to the CEO on business performance and data analysis.
* Assist the CEO with schedule management, report preparation, coordination, and internal communication.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
