Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum [1-3 years] of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Having a wide professional network and a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and proficient in MS Office / CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Approach, present, and negotiate contracts with prospective partners/clients.
- Build and develop attractive business proposals and pitch decks.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients for upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing/Product) to align with client needs.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress, market trends, and target achievements.
