Overseas HR SaaS Sales

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales and customer development of the company’s HR SaaS products in overseas markets and achieving sales targets.
- Target medium-to-large enterprise clients and identify their digitalization needs in areas such as human resources, attendance, payroll, and employee management.
- Independently manage the full sales cycle, including client prospecting, needs analysis, product solution presentation, business negotiations, and contract signing.
- Continuously develop target industries and key accounts while establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of projects.
- Participate in developing overseas sales strategies, customer profiles, and business development models.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience. Experience in major corporations, leading internet companies, B2B/To B, enterprise services, or SaaS sales is preferred.
- Strong capabilities in customer acquisition, needs analysis, business negotiation, and deal closing, with a proven track record of sales performance.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and/or English sufficient for basic business communication, including client meetings, product presentations, and day-to-day communication.
- Strong business development mindset and results-oriented approach, with the ability to develop a market from 0 to 1.
