What You’ll Do:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities from both new and existing clients
* Conduct market research, analysis, and business forecasting
* Manage pre-qualification and tender processes
* Prepare and submit proposal and tender documents
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants
* Negotiate with clients to maximize project opportunities
* Monitor and maintain business development pipeline/database
* Develop and execute business development strategies
* Support exhibitions, communications, and publicity activities
* Work closely with management to maximize tender and project opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development / Senior Business Development Manager, preferably within a contractor/construction company
* Strong understanding of Business Development principles
* Good understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications
* Strong analytical and business acumen
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
* Strong leadership and initiative
* Good command of English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerPoint
* Strong administrative and documentation skills
