Job description for Senior Business Development Manager at Tyrads PTE. LTD.
- You will be responsible for selling the Tyrads services focused on Mobile performance marketing
- Key Traffic solutions we offer are; OEM’s like Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Transsion and there alternative Appstores
- Direct Traffic, Direct apps we buy traffic from directly or through media buying.
- Incentivized traffic where we sell traffic on CPA basis using offerwalls
- Create proposals together with the customer success team tailored towards the clients needs.
- Negotiate with clients during the sales process for key aspects like Premium CPI rates, Contracts terms and conditions and Payment terms.
- Develop long term relationships together with the customer success team
- Continue upselling clients after they start first campaigns with us to increase the overall value of clients.
- Onboard clients together with the customer success team to ensure successful integration of the client.
- Keep Track of your sales within the CRM system and update it regularly.
- Work together with the Marketing and Revenue operations team to develop personalized marketing campaigns to key customer persona’s.
- 3+ Years of experience selling in Indonesia for mobile performance marketing
- Strong network of Direct Developer within Indonesia
- Good understanding of how to work with MMP’s like Adjust, Kochava, Appsflyer and others.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa.
- Excellent presentation and Negotiation skills, able to manage the entire sales process independently
- Strong team player able to work together with customer success team to provide accurate and personalized proposals.
- Working experience within an agency, MMP or large networks is an preferred
- Knowledge in CPC and CPM campaigns would be an advantage but not required
