Role Description The Senior Business Development – Construction role is a full-time position responsible for driving growth and expanding Excel Kreasi’s client base in construction projects. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and bids. The Senior Business Development, will conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare sales strategies, and manage the end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation. Daily activities include virtual client meetings, follow-ups on opportunities, monitoring project pipelines, and coordinating with project and design teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
Qualifications
-Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
-Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, present proposals, and support clients throughout the sales cycle.
-Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, networking, and developing a sustainable pipeline of construction projects.
-Candidates should possess solid negotiation, sales planning, and contract management skills relevant to construction and design-and-build services.
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
-Demonstrated experience in business development or sales within construction, and-build industries is highly beneficial.
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet revenue and growth targets.
-Familiarity with project budgeting, timelines, and construction processes
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction & has a solid network of potential clients
