Job Description:
- Achieve individual sales targets while actively contributing to overall team sales goals.
- Identify, develop, and acquire new B2B clients, particularly schools and educational institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach in the assigned territory.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales negotiations.
Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
- Strong local market knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, analytical, and proactive with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or the education industry is a plus.
