Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, preferably within a digital agency or related industry.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate and available to join as soon as possible.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends, client needs, and new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Skilled in crafting tailored proposals and conducting contract negotiations, including budgeting and pricing strategies.
