Senior Business Analyst (Financial)

Job Description:

· Reporting directly to IT Infra Business Application Lead

· Collaborating with management, IT departments and External departement to identify end-user requirements and specifications

· Conduct application testing and coordinate UAT with relevant stakeholders

· Create and maintain Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Business Requirement Document (BRD)

· Develop clear and concise user guidelines

· Prepare and manage testing scenarios and test case documentation

· Manage and maintain application related data

Skill & Experiences:

At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst

Good understanding of IT SDLC

Able to write FSD, BRD, and UAT documents clearly

Familiar with documentation and testing tools (e.g., Jira, Notion)

Detail-oriented and analytical thinking

Strong communication and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of data handling or asset management systems

Proactive, responsive, and willing to learn

Able to work under minimal supervision and manage priorities

Good team player and able to work cross-functionally

Have a good communication skill
