Job description for Senior Business Analyst (Banking Industry) at PT Sigma Global Teknologi

Notes:

12 months contract under Sigmatech (Extendable)

Full WFO in South Tangerang

Salary 15-18 mio gross

JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirement Management: Elicit, analyze, and translate complex banking business needs into Agile artifacts (User Stories, Epics) with clear Definitions of Done (DoD).
Service Delivery Management: Oversee and manage application delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with SLAs and project timelines.
Agile Execution: Drive Scrum events, actively lead backlog refinement sessions, and align business requirements with automated testing frameworks.
Channel Integration: Functional mapping and requirement design for API integrations and Corporate Banking Channels (Cash Management portals).

REQUIREMENTS

Banking Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking/Financial industry.
SDM Track: Must have proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager (SDM).
Agile/Scrum Expertise: Highly experienced in Agile software development and excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques/artifacts.
Core Technical Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of APIs and Corporate Banking Channels (e.g., Mandiri Kopra, Octobiz Channels, or equivalent Corporate Cash Management platforms).
