🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Brand & Growth Lead who will act as the key driver of brand growth—combining branding, marketing, and sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
This role will have full ownership of brand direction, growth strategy, and performance marketing.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and develop brand positioning and narrative
Ensure brand consistency across all channels (online & offline)
Develop both short-term and long-term branding campaigns
🔹 Growth & Revenue Ownership
Own and be accountable for:
Revenue growth
Customer acquisition & retention
Conversion rate & ROAS
Manage and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel
🔹 Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage key channels:
TikTok (organic & live streaming)
Marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia)
Paid Ads (Meta, Google)
Scale profitable campaigns
🔹 Content & Creative Direction
Lead the creative team:
Content creators
Designers
Video team
Define campaign concepts and brand storytelling
🔹 Live Commerce Optimization
Develop live streaming sales strategies
Collaborate with hosts and live teams to improve conversion
Optimize scripts, promotions, and live flow
🔹 Product & Merchandising Collaboration
Provide insights on:
Product development
Pricing strategy
Market trends
Work closely with the merchandising team
🔹 Data & Analytics
Make data-driven decisions based on:
Campaign performance
Customer behavior
Sales data
Produce regular reports and insights
🔹 Team Leadership
Lead the marketing & creative teams
Set KPIs and team targets
Handle hiring, coaching, and team scaling
👤 Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in: Brand / Marketing / Growth (preferably in fashion / lifestyle / e-commerce)
Proven experience in:
Digital marketing & performance ads
E-commerce & live streaming sales (a strong plus)
Strong in:
Strategy & execution
Data-driven decision making
Leadership & team management
Strong understanding of fashion trends & consumer behavior
Proactive, high ownership, and result-oriented mindset
Professional-level English proficiency

Experience with TikTok Shop / live commerce
