Job description for Senior Barista at Wanderlust Fitness Village Bali
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Barista who is passionate about coffee and hospitality. You will play an important role in maintaining beverage quality, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting daily coffee bar operations. If you have strong barista skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide a team, we would love to have you on board!
What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages with consistent quality
- Maintain beverage standards in terms of taste, presentation and preparation
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and other bar equipment
- Ensure the coffee bar is clean, organized and properly maintained
- Monitor daily inventory and ensure sufficient stock of bar supplies
- Provide friendly and professional service to all customers
- Train and assist junior baristas in improving their skills
- Ensu all bar operation follow company SOPs
- Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient daily operations
- Report stock shortages and operational issues to management
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso-based drinks and brewing methods
- Basic English communication skills
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Leadership skills and willingness to support team development
- Responsible, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
