We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Baker to join our team. As a Senior Baker, you will be responsible for leading the baking team, ensuring high-quality baked goods, and maintaining the overall efficiency of the bakery. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise and train junior bakers and assistants to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to enhance the bakery’s offerings.
- Ensure all baked goods meet food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, monitor ingredient levels, and place orders as needed.
- Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of bakery equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production schedules and customer demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Baker or in a similar leadership role in a bakery.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
