Batter Days Bakehouse is looking for an experienced Senior Baker who is passionate about bakery, understands quality, and is ready to lead a team in daily production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Minimum 5–7 years of professional bakery experience
* Strong hands-on experience in professional bakery production
* Experienced and knowledgeable in:
* Salt Bread
* Sourdough
* Shokupan
* Enriched dough and modern bakery products
* Able to lead, supervise, and develop a bakery team
* Strong understanding of dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking
* Able to maintain consistent product quality, texture, taste, and appearance
* Experienced in troubleshooting production and dough-related issues
* Strong understanding of bakery hygiene and food safety standards
* Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under production targets
* Creative and willing to contribute to R&D and new product development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead and supervise the bakery production team
* Manage daily production according to schedule and required standards
* Ensure consistency of recipes, taste, texture, and product presentation
* Monitor the complete baking process from dough preparation to final product
* Ensure proper implementation of recipes and production SOPs
* Train and develop junior bakers
* Support R&D and new product development
* Monitor ingredient usage, production efficiency, and product waste
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
* Identify production issues and implement practical solutions
