Job description

We are looking for a Technology Lead who is eager to be a captain of our ship. Someone who is responsible for leading our team of passionate developers to execute innovative and user-centric web and app Jamtangan.com As Machtwatch’s Technology Lead, you will serve as an inspirational, techno-savvy, and visioner leader to define and deliver our master plan from data-driven implementation to strategy for expansion. Your existence to drive technology-based initiative, collaborate with any divisions, and make decisions will impact our company’s significant future.      Qualifications
Have at least less than 2 years of implemented results in directing the technology division, preferably in a WELL KNOWN startup company (Gojek, Tokopedia, Shopee, Traveloka, etc).
Always come up with technology trends and new issues.
Outlining the goals for research, development, and automation execution.
Make executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological needs.
Execute data acquisition, storage and operation.
Create timelines for the strategy implementation of the developers team.
Manage technology operations by conducting leadership and coaching to developers team.
Maintaining a consumer-centric outlook and aiding in the delivering of IT projects to the Machtwatch’s customers.
Ensure all technology practices are in line with the niche industry (watches industry).

Since 2014, Machtwatch has sold more than 1 million watches through the website and mobile app. Currently, Machtwatch has become a giant in the competition with more than 150 employees at our office in Surabaya and Jakarta, Indonesia.
