Job description for Senior B2B Sales Specialist at PT Global Trade Optima
ROLE OBJECTIVE
Develop GTO's Business by acquiring B2B customers, expanding market network, and acclerating commercial transactions in domestic and international markets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, International Trade or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Trading, or International Trade.
- Experience in commodities, food, herbal, raw materials, or FMCG is an advantage.
- Skilled in prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
- Understands export processes and Incoterms (FOB/CIF).
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B customers (domestic & international).
- Analyze customer needs and prepare commercial proposals/quotations.
- Conduct price and trade negotiations and drive deals to closing.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Achieve sales targets and support market expansion.
