Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior B2B Sales Executive to expand our Plastic Division by developing new corporate customers and managing strategic accounts. The successful candidate will promote both raw materials and finished plastic packaging products while providing technical and commercial solutions to industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers throughout Jabodetabek and surrounding industrial areas.
- Manage and grow long-term relationships with manufacturers, converters, packaging companies, distributors, and OEM customers.
- Promote and sell our portfolio of plastic products, including:
* Polypropylene (PP)
* Polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE & LLDPE)
* PVC
* PET
* Polystyrene (PS)
* Engineering Resins (ABS, PMMA, EVA and others)
* Virgin and Recycled Plastic Resins
* Stretch Film (Hand & Machine Grade)
* Bubble Wrap
* PVC Cling Film
* Plastic Sheets
* Plastic Rolls
* Plastic Bags
* Plastic Pouches
* Stand-Up Pouches
* Flexible Packaging Products
- Other industrial plastic and packaging products supplied by PT International Papers and Plastics.
- Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable resin grades or packaging solution
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and secure purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market pricing, industry developments, competitor activities, and customer demand.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and customer visits through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in plastic resins, polymers, masterbatch, industrial packaging, flexible packaging, plastic films, or plastic manufacturing.
- Existing network with purchasing managers, procurement teams, factory owners, converters, manufacturers, and industrial customers.
- Strong technical knowledge of plastic resins, polymer applications, plastic processing, films, flexible packaging, and industrial packaging products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel throughout Jabodetabek and surrounding industrial estates.
- Possess a valid SIM A/C and own transportation.
