Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee audit engagements, ensuring audit procedures, timelines, and quality standards are properly maintained.
- Perform and review audit procedures, including risk assessment, internal control evaluation, substantive testing, and audit working papers in accordance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.
- Handle financial statement consolidation, including consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations, and related reporting matters.
- Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior auditors, providing coaching and ensuring the quality of audit deliverables.
- Communicate with clients, Engagement Managers, and Partners to obtain audit evidence, discuss audit findings, resolve outstanding matters, and maintain professional client relationships.
- Identify and evaluate accounting, auditing, and internal control issues, providing appropriate recommendations and escalating significant matters when necessary.
- Manage multiple audit assignments and priorities, ensuring timely completion while maintaining professional standards and client service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university, with 3–4 years of external audit experience and at least 1 year in a Senior Auditor role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial statement consolidation.
- Professional certification such as Ak., A-CPAI, or CPA is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and review audit teams and coordinate audit engagements independently.
- Experience in preparing consolidation worksheet
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant audit software/tools.
- Willingness to travel or work at client locations as required by audit engagements.
