Job description for Senior Associate at Dwinanto Strategic Legal Consultant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, reputable universities are preferred with a minimum GPA of 3.50;
- Min. 28 years old with a minimum experience of 4 years as a legal practitioner;
- Possess a PERADI license is a must;
- Have knowledge of corporate law, bankruptcy law, debt restructuring, arbitration, commercial litigation, and dispute settlement as well as the updated regulations;
- Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Indonesian;
- Able to work under pressure, with good time management, and within tight deadlines;
- Have a problem-solving mindset, strong emotional maturity, and forward-thinking personality.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Partners in handling projects including conducting deep research and drafting legal documents;
- Contributing to each project assigned with minimum supervision but able to deliver outstanding results;
- Responsible for preparing materials for meetings and seminars;
- Representing clients in court, government institutions, meetings, with counterparts, court representatives, or other parties, as well as handling the correspondence;
- Representing Partners or the Firm in social and corporate events such as seminars and conferences;
- Providing updates and reports to Partners periodically;
- Contributing to the Firm’s publication.
