Job description for Senior Associate of Compliance & Accounting at Inatax Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of periodic and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax Article 21/23/25, and Corporate Income Tax).
- Prepare supporting documentation and perform tax reconciliations.
- Support the data entry and review process for financial reporting purposes.
- Record financial transactions using accounting software.
- Assist clients with tax administration matters, including e-invoicing and e-withholding systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather data and respond to tax-related queries.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma Degree Graduate majoring in Accounting / Tax / Fiscal Administration / related field, with GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 preferably with Brevet A&B Certificate
- 1 years of related work experience
- Excellent knowledge of local & International tax regulations
- Prepare and submit Monthly WHT return, CIT return & organizing the tax filling documents
- Experienced doing verification & reconciliation between GL and WHT/VAT/CIT returns.
- Familiar with E-SPT, E-Faktur
- Familiar with journal accounting software is a plus such as MYOB, Accurate, SAP
- Good analytical skills, an eye for details
- Strong problem solving
- Fluent In English, good interpersonal and communication skill.
