Qualifications / Required Expertise
Skills & Knowledge
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Revit proficiency is a plus.
- Strong design portfolio is mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years working on luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
Education & Licensing
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Architect license is preferred.
Leadership
- Able to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
