Job description for Senior Architect at PT. Dillenger and Conquest Partners
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an Architect, preferably with experience handling residential, hospitality, commercial, or high-end development projects.
* Strong knowledge of **architectural design, construction documentation, and project development processes**.
* Proficient in architectural design and drafting software such as **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software**.
* Able to develop and review **design concepts, architectural drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation**.
* Strong understanding of **building regulations, construction standards, materials, and architectural detailing**.
* Able to coordinate effectively with **structural, MEP, interior, contractor, and other project teams**.
* Experienced in reviewing drawings and ensuring that designs are technically accurate and aligned with project requirements.
* Strong **problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills**.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
* **Fluent in English**, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients and team members.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* **Experienced in working in an international or multicultural working environment** is highly preferred.
* Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
* Willing to work in **Bali** and collaborate closely with the Development Team and Management.
