Job description for Senior Affiliate Marketing (Smartphone) at Red Communication Indonesia

We’re looking for an Senior Affiliate Marketing to develop affiliate strategies, grow our smartphone affiliate network, and drive campaign performance and sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute holistic affiliate strategies for smartphone products.
Recruit and activate new affiliates to expand the affiliate network.
Build, manage, and grow relationships with smartphone affiliates and creators.
Monitor affiliate performance and develop strategies to improve sales and conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute affiliate campaigns and achieve business targets.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in smartphone, consumer electronics, or tech.
Have existing network of smartphone affiliates and creators.
Able to develop end-to-end/holistic strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
