About the Role
We’re looking for a high-ownership Ads Manager who can drive performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — not just execute, but think, decide, and scale.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) as the primary platform, with additional exposure to TikTok and YouTube
• Set up campaigns end-to-end: audience targeting, budget allocation, and daily performance optimization
• Make independent decisions on scaling, pausing, and iterating creatives based on data
• Actively contribute to creative ideation:
• Write compelling headlines for ad visuals
• Develop video angles (especially talking-head formats)
• Explore new ad formats and iterate on winning creatives
• Provide input on:
• Landing page copy
• Funnel structure
• Product positioning
• Customer service briefs
• Collaborate closely with the COO and marketing team in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid digital ads, with a strong track record in Meta Ads
• Experience promoting digital products (online courses, webinars, workshops, masterclasses)
• Deep understanding of:
• Campaign structure
• Audience targeting
• Meta Pixel
• Creative testing
• Scaling strategies
• Strong interest or knowledge in Indonesian stock market (IDX) and investment
• Strong copywriting instinct — able to craft high-converting hooks, headlines, and CTAs
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions
• Curious, critical thinker who is comfortable giving constructive feedback
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with minimum GPA 3.60 (any major)
• Willing to work full-time onsite in BSD, Tangerang
