Responsibilities:
Transform AP into a data-driven function using AI, automation, and OCR for risk-based review.
Analyze purchasing data to identify price variances, duplicate charges, and unusual transactions.
Manage high-volume transactions (QSR/FMCG), ensure effective 3-way matching, and resolve price/quantity discrepancies.
Prevent duplicate invoices, safeguard vendor master data, and prevent approval bypasses.
Prioritize payments, manage AP aging, and monitor FX-driven price variances on imported products.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience as a Senior Accounts Payable Manager.
