Job description for Senior Accounting Staff (Supervisor) at PT Hermes Solusi Integrasi

1. Kualifikasi & Pengalaman Kerja

• Pendidikan: Minimal S1 Akuntansi atau Keuangan.

• Pengalaman: 3 hingga 5 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang akuntansi.

• Sertifikasi (Opsional ): Memiliki sertifikasi lokal seperti Brevet A & B (untuk perpajakan) atau CA (Chartered Accountant).

- Perempuan, usia max 35 tahun

2. Keahlian Teknis (Hard Skills)

• Kuasai Siklus Akuntansi: Memahami luar dalam seluruh siklus akuntansi, mulai dari pencatatan jurnal, rekonsiliasi bank, pengelolaan aset tetap, hingga penyusunan Laporan Keuangan (Neraca, Laba Rugi, Arus Kas).

• Kepatuhan Pajak (Tax Compliance): Paham regulasi perpajakan yang berlaku (seperti PPh 21, 23, 4(2), PPN, dan pelaporan SPT Badan). Kemampuan beradaptasi dengan sistem pelaporan pajak terbaru sangat penting.

• Sistem & Software: Mahir mengoperasikan software akuntansi (seperti Accurate, SAP, Oracle, atau Jurnal) dan memiliki kemampuan tingkat lanjut (advanced) dalam menggunakan Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formula).

• Analisis Data: Mampu menganalisis varians (perbedaan antara anggaran dan realisasi) dan mendeteksi jika ada kejanggalan dalam angka-angka laporan.

• Fasih dalam Bahasa English (wajib)

Note:

Term : 3 bulan performance review + kontrak 1 tahun

WFO : Senin-Jumat, 7.30-16.30 WIB
