Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CA is a plus).

2. Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

4. Hands-on with SAP Software/ Accounting System

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and ability to build cross-discipline relationships.

6. Strong leadership, attention to detail, possess a can-do attitude

7. Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary

8. High level of ethics and integrity.
